We have a dedicated onboarding team to support you through every step—from data collection and system configuration to user training. Our standard onboarding period is approximately three months. Your IT team will be involved during the setup phase to ensure a smooth technical handover. You’ll also be guided through how to segment suppliers and set up workflows, surveys, and scorecards based on your needs.
